John Kreider's Will

In the Name of God Amen. I John Kreider of Lebanon Township in the County of Lebanon and state of Pennsylvania sick of body but of sound and well disposing mind and memory thanks be unto God for the same do hereby make and ordain this to be the last will and testament in the following manner whereas it is my will that my son Mical is to have all my person property that I leave [???] It is also my will that my son Mical is to have my share of a tract of land in Hanover Township belonging to my father's estate which is [???] his estate and present it is my will that my son Mical is to take [???] of my youngest daughter Rosana it is my will that Rosana is to stay with Mical as long as she wishes to stay with him and as long as he wishes to keep her. I do hereby appoint William Smith and my son Mical as my executors. This will made this tenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty six.

This 15th day of September A.D. 1836 before me Joseph Reinhard register for the probate of will and granting letters of administration in and for said county personally appeared George Bowman and William Smith the subscriber witnesses to the forgoing will, who being duly sworn and affirmed according to law did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard John Kreider the testator sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the within instrument of waiting as and for his last will and testament; and that at the time of so doing he was of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observation and belief
