ELIZABETHTOWN - Paul M. "Pete" Brubaker, 76, of 966 Groff Ave. died Thursday in Lancaster General Hospital. He was co-founder and owner of B&G Lumber Co.; a former director of Elizabethtown Building and Loan Association; an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren. Brubaker had operated his business until his death.
Surviving are his wife, Ann F. Longenecker Brubaker; a son, Robert L. of Lancaster; a daughter, Beverly B. Holliday of Blakeslee; a sister, Katie B. Brandt of Lancaster; two grandsons; and one great-grandson.
Services will be held at 2: 30 p.m. tomorrow in his church. Burial will be in Mount Tunnel Cemetery. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity. The Miller Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
