Fred J. DeGrief, 91, died Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at his residence in Indianapolis, Ind., after a short illness
A former Lima resident, he had been superintendent of the Nickel Plate Railroad for many years.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha DeGrief, Moreland Apts., W. North, a nephew, Joe Gooding of 303 S. Rosedale.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home, Indianapolis. The body will be brought here for burial in Woodlawn Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
