16 Oct 1922: Albert Phillips died on Sunday at his house at Five points. He was afflicted with heart trouble for two years or more, but he worked most of the time. He was aged 53 years, 4 months and 18 days. He had been employed for a long time by Adam Smith, the South Lebanon Township pump dealer. He was a son of the late Alfred Phillips of South Lebanon Township, and was a member of the Tabor Reformed Church. Besides his wife, Lizzie (nee Kreider), he leaves the following children: Ammon, Carrie, Allen and Henry, at home; and Mamie, married and living in Lancaster County. Interment to be in the Kimmerlings Cemetery.

18 Oct 1922: In Lebanon, on the 15th inst, Albert Phillipps [sic], aged 58 years, 4 months, and 18 days [calculated DOB]. Funeral on Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, from the late residence at Five Points. Services at Kimmerlings Reformed Church following. Interment in the adjoining Cemetery.
