A. Paul Kreider, 79, 201 E. Main St., Palmyra, died yesterday afternoon in the Hershey Medical Center after suffering a heart attack last Tuesday. He was the widower of Minnie Stauffer Kreider, who died in July, 1973 and Minerva Reber Storm Kreider, who died last Wednesday.

Born in Palmyra, he was a son of the late David and Minnie Erb Kreider. An army veteran of World War I he served in the Medical Corps in the European theatre. He was a former manager of a Hershey grocery store and was a retired Lebanon office manager of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., working there for 27 years. He was a member of the Palmyra Church of the Brethren, the Metropolitan Life Insurance Veterans Association, the Palmyra Senior Citizens land a 50-year member of the Palmyra American Legion.

He is survived by a son, Richard E., Palmyra; two daughters, Jeanne, wife of Dr. Fred O. Brandt, Palmyra; and Patricia, wife of William C. Desch, West Islip, L.I.; a stepson, Thomas R. Storm, Palmyra; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen, wife of Ray Evans, Hershey, and a brother, Raymond (Ray) E. Kreider, Palmyra.
