MRS. ANNA KREIDER CLAIMED BY DEATH

Mrs. Anna Brunner Kreider, widow of Gideon R. Kreider, Sr., passed away on Friday evening at 9 o'clock at her home at Mt. Annville. Arterio sclerosis was ascribed as the cause of death. Although she had been in failing health a considerable length of time, she was confined to bed only since the middle of March.

The decedent, nee Anna Weidman Brunner, was born and reared at Campbelltown, the daughter, of the late William E., and Louisa (Hocker) Brunner. She lived for many years at Annville where she attained high regard because of her many admirable traits. She was a devoted wife and mother, a good neighbor, and lived a Christian life. She was a member of the Annville United Brethren Church for many years.

Her husband, who was prominent in the shoe manufacturing business in Annville, and in Lebanon, passed away June 30. 1935. Mrs. Kreider was born August 9, 1866, aud was therefore in the 73rd year of her age.

She leaves two children - Mrs. Alfred D. Strickler, of Lebanon, and Gideon R. Kreider. Jr., four grandchildren, Helen and Kathryn Kreider. and Hugh and Marian Strickler, and five sisters - Mrs. I. 0. Nissley, of Middletown; Mrs. C. G. Campbell, of Mt. Gretna; Mrs. Charles K. Witmer, of Palmyra, and Misses Mary and Marian Brunner of Campbelltown.
