The funeral of Mrs. Rufus E. Kreider was largely attended Sunday afternoon at Annville, with services in the United Brethren church. Mrs. Rufus Kreider was formerly Sallie A. Tice. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Lillie at home, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Tice of Cleona, and six sisters and five brothers as follows: Mrs. A. Gingrich, of Palmyra, Mrs. C. K. Deutweiler, of Annville, Mrs. H. Heisey, of Manheim; Mrs. Will Sando, of Cleona; Maggie and Fannie Tice, at home, George and Paul Tice, of Lebanon, Dewey Tice, of Hershey, Simon and Roy, at home
The brothers of Mrs. Kreider were the pall bearers.
There were many floral tributes from the family and friends - bunch of carnations from family; spray of narcissus, the parents; spray of roses, Mr. and Mrs. Gingrich; bunch of sweet peas, Mr. and Mrs. Q. Deutweiler; lillies, Mr. and Mrs. Heisey; bunch of carnations, Mr. and Mrs. Sando; roses, Paul Tice; roses, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Tice; roses, the Helping Hand class, of which Mrs. Kreider was a member; floral tribute, the Sunshine class of the U. B. chuch of which the daughter is a member; roses, Mr. and Mrs. John Fry; sweet peas, Brother Walter Miller.
Dr. I. E. Runk, pastor of the United Brethren church, officiated and M. U. Krum was in charge of the burial.
