This indenture made the ninth day of November Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred eleven between Michael Kreider in Township of Lebanon County of Dauphin [???] of Pennsylvania yeoman of the one part. And Christian Kreider [?son?] the said Michael Kreider in the same place yeoman of the other part. Whereas the honorable proprietaries of the state of Pennsylvania by their [???] grant bearing date the eighth day of February Anno Domini 1747(?) for the [???] therin mentioned. Did grant release and confirm unto John Kreider and his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land situate in the township of (missing word?) and county of Dauphin aforesaid [?????] bound in the same [????????] particular described containing three hundred and ten acres and an half acre and the allowance of six acres [?????] with the appurtenances To hold the same to him his heirs and assigns forever as in and by the same recited patent recorded at Philadelphia in the office for recording of deeds in patent Book A vol 13 page 430 [???] thereunto being had (?) [???] fully and at large appears. And whereas the said John Kreider by his indenture bearing date of twenty eighth day of January Anno Domini 1772 for the consideration therein mentioned did give grant release and confirm unto his son the said Michael Kreider and his heirs and assigns all that the above described three hundred and ten acres and an half acre of land and allowances as aforesaid with appurtenances to hold the same to him his heirs and assigns forever [???] and by the said recited indenture relation thereunto being had appears [???] this indenture witnesseth that the said Michael Kreider for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand five hundred and fifty pounds [???] of lawful money of Pennsylvania to the said Michael Kreider well and truly hand paid by his said son Christian Kreider at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt and payment he the said Michael Kreider doth hereby acknowledge and thereof(?) and of every part and parcel thereof doth acquit and forever discharge the said Christian Kreider his heirs and assigns by these presents hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the said Christian Kreider his heirs and assigns all that certain tract piece or parcel of land situate in the township of Lebanon county of Dauphin aforesaid bounded and described as follows to Wit:
Beginning at a corner stone by land of George Heller(?) and the Hill Church south twenty degrees west one hundred and seventy six perches to a Hickory. Thence by land of Jacob Rup and Christian Long [???] and Abraham Long south(?) fifty four(?) and one quarter degrees east two(?) hundred and seventy six(?) perches [???] Hence by land of Adam [???] south(?) fifty(?) two(?) degrees east twenty perches to a [???] Thence by land allotted for Tobias Kreider north forty three and three quarters degrees west seventy one perches and three tenths to a stone. Thence by the same North seventy nine degrees east eighty four and a half perches to a stone. Thence by the same north fourteen and a half degrees west one hundred and six perches and five tenths [???] to a stone. Thence by the same north(or south?) thirty eight degrees west eighty eight perches to the place of Beginning Containing one hundred and seventy acres and fourteen perches of land and allowance of six percent It being part and parcel of a larger tract as above mentioned containing three hundred and ten acres and a half of land and allowance aforesaid, but now since by a recent survey made found to be three hundred and fifty eight acres and one hundred and one perches of land and allowance of six percent. [???] Together with all and singular the houses out houses, barns, stables, edifices and buildings thereon erected and built and all woods underwoods, water, water courses, meadows, orchards, gardens, improvements, liberties, privileges rights, members and hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereonto belonging or in any wise appertaining(?) and the reversions and remainders thereof and the rents fines and profits of the premises and all the estate right title interest property [???] and demand whatsoever of him the said Michael Kreider of in to and out of the said hereby granted premises and were part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said above described tract of parcel of one hundred and seventy acres and fourteen perches of land and allowance of six percent aforesaid. Hereditaments and premises hereby granted and released mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto him the said Christian Kreider his heirs and assigns against him the said Michael Kreider and his heirs and against all and every other person and persons [???] lawful claiming or to claim by from or under him [???] of them shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof I the said Michael Kreider hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first written.
