Extraordinary session held in Albany, April 6, 1677
Casper Jacobse requests permission of the honorable court to move his fence around his land further up the hill in order to have more room, as he intends to build a new log fence. The honorable court give him consent and permission to extend his fence one rod further toward the hill, for the use of himself and his heirs. Actum in Albany, at the session of their honors, this 3d day of April 1677.
